Lamp, Rynearson & Associates, Inc., an engineering, land planning, and land surveying firm with a solid reputation for its recognized clients, projects, and people, is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Construction Engineer in its Omaha office. Experience in survey and airport construction is desirable. Knowledge of storm & sanitary sewer, water main and paving operations preferred. Responsibilities include overseeing daily field operations including calculations, problem solving, time management and client contact. 

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited college or university;
• Registered Professional Engineer in Nebraska, or ability to obtain registration within six months;
• Five years progressive experience in field engineering;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Strong organizational/technical skills with attention to detail;
• Proven ability to establish and maintain client relationships;
• Knowledgeable in the interpretation and application of the current local, state and federal specifications for Public Works Construction;
• Ability to handle and coordinate multiple tasks;
