Project Manager/ Senior Project Engineers - Omaha
 

We are searching for a bright, talented, motivated individual who can manage the design aspects of a wide variety of development projects in a deadline driven atmosphere.  Individual will have the ability to coordinate the duties of other engineers and techs with minimal guidance from the project manager.  We need someone our project managers can trust to get the job done right and on time.  If you have that take-charge attitude, you’re the right fit. 

 

Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering;
    • Registered Professional Engineer in Nebraska or ability to obtain registration within 6 Months;
    • Four (4) to six (6) years experience as a Project Engineer;
    • Ability to work well with and coach others;
    • Strong verbal communication skills;
    • Ability to plan and deliver effective oral and written presentations; and
    • Ability to handle and coordinate multiple tasks.

     

Urban Designer/ Urban Planner/ Landscape Architect - Omaha
 

We are seeking a talented individual to join our growing Land Planning Team. Candidate should possess the ability to balance creative design with client and market expectations, meet deadlines and work effectively in an interactive team environment. Candidate must be self-motivated with a positive attitude and have strong graphic skills, as well as, oral and written communication skills. A degree in Urban Design, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, Architecture or related field is required. An emphasis on planning and designing the built environment for neighborhood, downtown, and community development with a working knowledge of architectural form and its impacts on communities is essential. A preferred candidate will possess 4-6 years experience and have a professional registration. Working knowledge of CAD is desired, but not necessary. Survey Field Technician
 

Primary responsibilities include working with GPS and electronic Total Stations, as well as boundary, topographic and/or construction survey projects. Successful candidates must have minimum 2 years Survey experience, excellent communication skills, be self-starters, and have the ability to work as team members. Must have a valid driver’s license, have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in rough terrain, some travel and weekend work required.
