Lamp, Rynearson & Associates earns WELCOA Well Workplace Award
Lamp, Rynearson & Associates, Inc. has successfully met the criteria to achieve a Silver WELCOA National Well Workplace designation. By achieving this level of excellence in workplace wellness programming, LRA has demonstrated that it is committed to protecting and enhancing the health and well-being of our most valuable asset, our employees.

Well Workplace designation is a rigorous process. By submitting our application, LRA invited reviewers from WELCOA to examine our workplace wellness efforts pertaining to seven wellness benchmarks. From CEO support to evaluation of outcomes, LRA met the requirements to achieve this important designation.
