Five Fountains is a unique residential subdivision that is located at the gateway to Omaha on West Dodge at 192nd Street. This subdivision will be MOBA's 2007 Street of Dreams, and will showcase some of the Metro's finest builders in a unique, park-like setting that will include an abundance of green space and five ponds with upward lit fountains.
Lamp, Rynearson & Associates, Inc. provided land planning, landscape design, civil engineering, construction administration, survey, and even a 3D visualization to assist in bringing this large subdivision to life.
A local artist was commissioned to design and erect a sculpture that will be the focal point of the subdivision. The developer, NP Dodge, has not spared any expense to make Five Fountains one of the Metro's premiere subdivisions for years to come.
