Weld County Alternative Programs Building, Greeley, Colorado
Client:
Robert Shreve Architects and Planners, Inc.

The primary objective for this project was to provide civil engineering services and multidiscipline coordination for the development of a 30,000-sf, two-story alternative program building on a 2.8-acre lot within the Weld County Business Park PUD. The site contains 50 parking spaces and required additional detention requirements. The detention area was incorporated into the existing facility west of the proposed site. Lamp Rynearson prepared the general site layout, which included the building footprint and location, access points, parking layout, and circulation. The primary site constraint consisted of developing the property on a surface containing 36-ft of relief.

Key Project Elements:

Multidiscipline Coordination
Preliminary Planning
Site Plan Design
Earthwork/Grading/Storm Drainage
Underground utilities
